Down Home Fab - Season 3
Down Home Fab‘s third season is currently airing on the network. It’s unclear if the series starring Chelsea and Cole DeBoer will be back for Season 4 yet. As fans know, the show follows the DeBoers as they work on building their design business while also raising four kids.
My Lottery Dream House - Season 18

Scariest House in America - Season 2
Scariest House in America was renewed by HGTV in April with all-new episodes slated to arrive in September 2025. Host Retta will be joined by desiScariest House in Americagner Alison Victoria as they see some of the scariest homes across the country and the winner will get a $150,000 home renovation. Additionally, Ugliest House in America has also been renewed, but dates remain unknown at this time.
Sin City Rehab - Season 1
Sin City Rehab is Alison Victoria’s latest series coming to the network later this year. It will see her buy and remodel old homes around Las Vegas. An exact premiere date remains unknown but stay tuned for more details as Victoria takes on familiar challenges in a new city.
100 Day Dream Home - Season 7
Husband-wife duo Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt are currently filming Season 7 of their hit series, which they teased on social media. For those who aren’t as familiar with 100 Day Dream Home, the pair from Tampa, Florida work together to make dream homes come true with Mika serving as a realtor and Brian as a developer, together they design and build the perfect homes from the ground up in 100 days or less. The next season is slated to arrive in Fall 2025.
Home Town - Season 10
Erin and Ben Napier‘s Home Town will officially return this winter, with an exact premiere date to be announced. Erin teased the show’s Season 10 return to fans amid Season 9’s run which finished up earlier this year. While it may be a while before more new episodes air, the show has been picked up through 2027. The husband-wife duo fix-up homes in their Mississippi town, bringing the abodes into the modern day with plenty of old-school charm.
Fixer to Fabulous - Season 7
This fan-favorite series following husband-wife team Dave and Jenny Marrs will return for Season 7, which is currently filming. While Fixer to Fabulous may not have a return date yet, fans can rest assured that the Marrs family will be back on their TV screens as they renovate homes around Arkansas.
Help! I Wrecked My House - Season 5
Help! I Wrecked My House will be back for Season 5 but no premiere date for the Jasmine Roth-helmed show officially set yet. As of May 2025 filming for Season 5 was underway. Roth helps homeowners fix DIY projects gone wrong in their homes.
